By hiring a garment with Tag Drobe, you are agreeing to read and abide by the following terms.
Please read and consider these terms carefully before renting with us.

The Basics

To book in an item, we require full payment and photo ID
-
We do not offer refunds once full payment is made
-
Location of pickup is Williamstown, Victoria 3016. Alternaticely, one way express postage is an extra cost of $14
-
All weekend rentals (Fri-Sun) must be either dropped off or posted back by
4pm Monday
(see rental period)

Weekday hires are due back the following day (see rental period)

There is a strict $15/day fee for all late returns
-
If an item is damaged, the customer must pay the cost of repairing the item (see damages)
-
Dry cleaning is included in the hire price of a garment
1. Bookings
1.1 Bookings are made via Instagram DM
​
1.2 Hire dates are reserved after full payment. We do not do holds or partial payments. Tag Drobe has the right to pass the booking on to the next in line at any time.

1.3 Photo ID is required when renting any item

2. Rental period/returns
Please return the garment in the same bag it was picked up in (drop off rentals)
2.1 For weekend hires (Fri-Sun), all items must be dropped off/ express posted back the following Monday
​
2.2 For weekday hires, items must be dropped off/ express posted back the day after wear unless discussed beforehand
​
2.3 There is a $15/day fee for all rentals returned later than the period stated above.
​
2.4 If a customer picks up their rental and is unable to return their item by 4pm, Uber delivery is available at the customer's expense.
It is expected that a customer returns their hire piece in the same manner that it was received (e.g if a customer picks up an item, they are expected to drop it back). Please let us know before booking an item if you plan on returning it in an alternative way (e.g Express postage).

3. Postage
3.1 We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post express postage
​
3.2 Postage is an additional cost of $14
​
3.3 Weekend hires will be posted by Tuesday each week
​
3.4 In the instance that there are delays with Australia Post and your garment does not arrive in time for your event, store credits or refunds will not be issued as this delay is out of our control.
3.5 Returns that are incorrectly posted back (using standard postage, not lodged directly through the post office, or posted in a red street post box) will result in a $30 charge.
4. Try-ons
4.1 Customers can book a try on through the “Book a Try On” section of our website or through the “Book a Try On” link in our Instagram bio.

4.2 all try ons require a $10 non-refundable deposit that goes towards the cost of the rental (if booked within 24 hours of the try on appointment).
4.3 if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost.

Booking for a try-on does not guarantee that the item will be available for your date. In this instance, your try-on deposit will be refunded.

4.4 Try ons cannot be made after an item is reserved. If you have any concerns about sizing, please try on the garment beforehand​
​
4.5 Tag Drobe has the right to cancel/reschedule a try-on at any time if the garment becomes unavailable.

5. Cleaning a garment
5.1 Cleaning is included in the cost of the rental. Do not attempt to clean a garment yourself​
5.2 Any attempts to clean a garment yourself/ remove stains will result in an extra charge
​
5.3 If an item is returned with tough stains and requires further cleaning or dry cleaning, an additional cleaning fee may be charged to the customer

6. Refund policy
6.1 We do not offer refunds once full payment is made. This includes cancelled bookings
6.2 In the instance that an item is delivered or picked up and does not fit, a refund or store credit will not be issued. If you have any concerns about sizing, please book a try-on appointment beforehand.​

6.3 The only instance where a refund will be issued is if an item arrives damaged, given the customer returns the garment on the same day.
7. Damages
​Please notify us of any stains or damages before returning your item. @tag.drobe has the right to charge customers for any stained or damaged items
​
7.1 If a customer damages an item, the customer must pay the cost of repairing it
7.2 If an item is damaged beyond repair/ lost whilst in the customer's possession (this includes misplaced drop-offs), the customer must pay the full rrp/resell value of the item.
7.3 By renting with tag.drobe, the customer understands and acknowledges that they are renting an item that has been worn before and may show signs of slight wear. Refunds will not be issued for items that show minor signs of wear that is expected from a second-hand garment
