RENTING WITH US: HOW IT WORKS
1. Find a Fit
Find your perfect fit by exploring the "Our Collection" tab on our website or through our Instagram page. You can filter through garmets by size, style, brand, and occasion. If you have any specific questions about an item, you can dm us on Instagram.
2. Enquire about an item through Instagram direct message
All inquiries and bookings are made through Instagram dm. Please message us the item/s you are interested in, alongside the desired rental date, and whether you require postage or pickup from Williamstown, 3016.

3. Trying on an item
Try ons are available at our pickup location in Williamstown. Customers can book a try on through the "book a try on" tab on our website. Try ons are available for specific items, or if you are wanting to view our full collection.

4. Confirm your booking
To book a rental, we require full payment, phone number, and photo identification. Under no circumstances do we do holds or partial payments. Before locking in an item, the customer must read through and agree to our terms and conditions located in the "Terms and Conditions" tab on our website. Australia-wide postage is available at an extra cost, and pick-ups are available daily.
5. Enjoy your rental!
We want all our customers to feel comfortable and confident in their rental. Please ensure you are treating our pieces with respect, and be cautious of wearing fake tan and jewelry with your garment. It is important to respect the effort and cost that goes into sourcing these pieces and to keep the experience enjoyable for all future rentals.
6. Returning your item.
For weekday hires, items are to be dropped off our express posted back to us the following day. All weekend hires (Friday - Sunday) are due back the following Monday. This is to ensure we have time to clean the item for the next booking. If you have any issues with this, it is important to let us know immediately. There is a $15/day late fee on all rentals. For all postage rentals, we require proof of postage. If your item is stained or damaged in any way, please advise us before returning your item.
7. Tag us in your photos!
We love seeing all of you lovely ladies in our garments, so don't forget to tag us! If you mention us in any of your posts, you are entitled to 10% off your next rental!
